Mammograms & Well-Woman Exams — September 29
Project Access Tarrant County is partnering with Texas Health Resources’ Wellness for Life Mobile Health to bring important preventive health screenings directly to our community on Tuesday, September 29, from 8:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m. at 555 Hemphill Street in Fort Worth.
Services available include screening mammograms, well-woman exams, and take-home colon cancer screening kits. Fully funded screenings are available for women without insurance who qualify.
Mammogram eligibility: Women must be age 40 or older, have no personal history of breast cancer or known breast lumps or other breast problems, not be pregnant or have breastfed within the past six months, and not have received a mammogram within the past 12 months.
Appointments are required.
