Patient Services

Project Access is a charity program, where doctors donate their time. The timing of your connection to a doctor depends on the availability of Project access doctors, hospitals and staff. Your case is important to us, and we will do everything we can to help you. The cost to sign up for Project Access is $150 for one year.

*If you do not have a Primary Care Provider, we can refer you to one.

Services NOT Provided

  • Chemotherapy and Cancer Treatments

  • Dialysis

  • Emergency Medicine

  • HIV/AIDS Treatment

  • Obstetrics

  • Serious Psychiatric Issues

  • Substance Abuse

  • Transplants

Eligibility Criteria and Guidelines

1. Patient must be a Tarrant County resident.
2. Patient does not have health insurance of any kind and is not currently receiving Medicare, Medicaid, CHIP, JPS Connection, or VA benefits.
3. Income must not exceed 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines and must be able to provide proof of all income.

4. Initial enrollment is for 1 year*. Extensions may be granted, pending continued eligibility and continued treatment and/or medication needs. It is the patient's responsibility to request an extension by calling their medical home clinic.
